Thinking of starting a service, where I send bulk O2 sim cards to the address of your choosing. These sims are pre-activated and can receive texts, but cannot send texts unless you top up. Very good for one time verification codes, OTP, etc

Can also be used to fuck with people when you have their address, e.g send them 500 physical sim cards through their letterbox.

Prices would be dependent on how many sims you'd want and would be pretty reasonable.

This would only work in the UK.

Manually sending 500 sim cards would take a long time... This service would be cheap and do it for you.

I think he wants to sell to people who want to start their own verification service. faster money that way. who would want to make $1 at a time verifying numbers. people from a county where like 1-5 USD is enough to eat for a few days is where.

so people from the UK or USA doing this is not really worth it for them. you don't have to live in the UK to do this but you can only verify for UK people.

They can be topped up with the instructions on the sim card, also topped up online, on the phone. Alternatively, they can be topped up via any UK corner shop that offers them. There are thousands in the uk.

Open a Verification service, for those kind of products you will need to get really specific kind of people (your average joe doesn't want or need 400 sims) and if you get 1 buyer then you are lucky and you probably won't get more then $40 per 400 sims, but for verification services there a lot of demand and not many people know about the current PVAs + you can charge more for each SIM.
only issue is if its only UK, there less demand for that and much more for USA
