Stealth PayPal question

Would there be any problems if I wanted to accept payments for stuff shipped from an address different from the one on the PayPal account I use? Like does PayPal look at anything else with tracking numbers other than when it was reported to be delivered? I ask because I'm looking into potentially grabbing myself a stealth PayPal account with no holds so I don't have to wait to get my money.

You need a PO box address, even sellers who aren't using a stealth account use it a lot so it won't look suspicious to PayPal, there a lot of companies who offer it for cheap.
