    Make IM more reliable and useful or just allow us to use external chats

    IM isn't really reliable and giving my customers support from IM is kinda slow since I am not always online and they usually request to use external chats, same thing with other sellers.

    Either make IM much more reliable and maybe make an app or allow us to use external chats like tele**** or dis****,
    there no point of using IM and I can say for sure that I probably lost at least 2 customers so far because of that because a lot of people added me
    but they didn't reply after (probably forgot)
