    Rules Update

    It seems like some of the servicers are still unaware about the new rule about payment. once the service / refund is completed, the payment should be then accepted or use a MM. Just talked to a servicer which plethora vouches and he had no idea about this new rule update. Mods and admins should make aware to all servicers about this. Especially incident of versa taking too many orders and not completing them this should be strictly followed.

    That rule isnt saying the refunder has to wait until the end it states that if they provide proof of it being completed. example: Best buy tells the refunder that the refund has been processed and the refunder screenshots and sends the customer thats when youd be paying.

    Like above user said, once there's proof that the refund has been successfully processed and information such as shipping id can be provided, payment should then be sent.

    I would recommend contacting a MPGH MM at this point to hold the funds until you get your package.

    Regarding the rules, we did have an announcement made which was visible above all Marketplace sections so it's up to the sellers to update themselves.
