    Sleep seems to be something that everybody knows about but doesn't do anything about. Im one of them.
    Im sure the benefits would be amazing but I've never once managed to hold a schedule for a longer period of time. Maybe it's time to try again.

    Sometimes you know you need sleep and it will be good for you but you still stay awake to do dumb shit xd

    Fitbits are quite accurate at that. I am sure there are other devices too which handle that!
