grimoire - how to know which item id's correspond with which item names

sort of a followup question to my last one:

grimoire has the feature where i can just use the command:
Equip Darkside
or
Swap x with y

etc

how does it know which item in my inventory or my bank corresponds to the particular item names i type in?

presumably there is an item id but how does it actually make the connection between a particular numeric id and the name of an item?

edit: and i'm not talking about the shop or quest grabber. i mean specifically for inventory and/or bank

edit 2: never mind i'm big dumb, inside the grimoire 3.8+ grabber, you can grab both inventory and bank items

the bigger question is: is there any way i can export this information/these ids?

I just tested it for you, I can't get it to save on Grimoire 3.8 or 3.8+. Not sure what the issue is.

thanks for checking and yeah i can't tell either unfortunately. short of looking at the public 3.8 source, not sure if there's anything that can really be done about it
