Real ip

hi there!yesterday i tried to upload a service on marketplace and i got a message saying my ip was a vpn/vps and to use my real ip.
iam using my real ip,this is not a vpn or a vps.
iam not sure whats going on,i live in a student house and iam not sure if thats an issue being a shared ip.

i dont have another option unless i use a sim card pen to use internet

I checked and seems like that indeed is a student house IP.
