Possible to crack a specific League of Legends account using only the name

Is it possible to crack a specific League of Legends account using only the summonername of the account? It is someone who plays like 4 games every 5 months and I want their name. Would pay handsomely if someone could pull this off although I doubt it's possible with the limited information.
