I began to drink coffee when I started attending university and, after a few months, I swore to never touch it again. I started depending on it and, at night, on days when I took two coffees, I could barely sleep. Of course, every person reacts differently. I'd suggest that you give it a go in a more relaxed moment of your life (vacations, for example). If it helps you, good. If it doesn't, quit it.

I don't necessarily love coffee but I do drink it on a occasion. If I can help it, I would drink it with no sugars or creamers. I am more of a tea person, but if I need something bitter, I can rely on coffee.

I use to not. Maybe like a month or two I started getting a medium or large French Vanilla Iced Coffee with milk and sugar from Dunkin every morning before work (I work Monday Wednesday Friday). Didn't get one this Monday though.
