Is there a way to know game keys won't be banned?

I was thinking about buying some game keys and thought if there is a way to know or try to avoid game keys being banned.

If I buy a game key that was bought with a stolen CC it will be cancelled wouldn't it?

not necessarily but the risk definitely is high
we are not allowing anyone to sell stuff related to carding on here so the risk of getting such key should be lower but it can never avoided

Same as above, there is some risk that your game will be cancelled by Steam or other parties
