uh...I take a hit off a big bowl first thing every morning, does that count?
First thing every morning, I do some morning pages (ala Julia Cameron but new dictated to AI).
Then, make a list on a 5x7 notepad of everything that needs to get done that day.
Do things, then mellow out.
I read books every day to improve my communication and language skills. I do this along with drinking water and not forgetting about my multivitamins
