I agree, even that thai cave tunnel submarine idea was nuts and laughed at by the hardened professionals and navy seals, he then proceeded to call the guy who actually saved the kids a pedo for talking bad about his project and even hired a private investigator to dig shit on him. Elon is a business man though and not an engineer or a scientist. Tesla isnt doing that bad despite constant fluctuation but that has to do with infrastructure and the price of their vehicles, tesla vehicles are a hassle and are far from replacements of real diesel engine cars but there needs to be someone to make that step into fully electrical commercially available cars, (even though tesla deff wasnt the first car company to sell them)
