No, I don't have any idea about it but listen to them.
Leg raises/lifts- laying flat on your back. Keep your leg together and straight, raise them up till they're perpendicular to your body. Then lower them and repeat.
Crunches are good too.
Touch your toe in straight standing position everyday. Also you can lie down and do cycling.. There are many more exercises as well.. You can find them in youtube
If you're just trying to lose fat there, just do cardio.
if you want to lose some weight you should really start to run/eat better. Eating better is as important than running. Try to reduce how much you eat and run a little and you will see result really quickly!
