1. Go to eBay Advanced Search
2. Enter keywords like: white, necklace, hot, bracelet, new, etc...
3. Switch to "any words, any orders"
4. Check "Buy It Now" and "Free International Shipping"
5. Show items priced from $0.01 to $1.00
6. Search and buy items only from sellers with very high feedback, like 5K-10K+

Once purchased, you will automatically receive a positive feedback from these sellers. Do it 4-5 times a day until you get a good feedback score, do not abuse if you don't want your account to get locked.

Bad idea, ebay isn't stupid. They will see you're buying 0.01 items and your account will face issues. I personally wouldn't recommend anything below 1 dollar.

This is just for buyer feedback though which is basically useless. Much better is to buy cheap small stuff in bulk off alibaba and resell
