How od i extend my viewing distance [help]

I wanna know how can i change it from the client ( or do i need to change it from the server side ? :\) i want to change the viewing distance so when you put it on full screen it you can see further

pretty sure what you wanna be doing is playing around with the command /mscale then I prefer mine around 0.9 any lower just cant see anything clearly
