Chronic headaches?

I have been having chronic headaches for sometime now, and I do not know how to like fix the headaches, I have visited family physician, who has told me to stop using PC so much, and have told me to sleep at the proper time, it has helped but not enough, so I wanted to ask you, what to do you do when you have these headaches?

I know this isn't some medical forum, though I am asking personal ways of dealing with this shit.

I get these as well, they can get very severe. All I can do is take tons of over the counter meds and hope it goes away. I noticed smoking of any sort can and will make them way worse. Also, if you drink caffeine a lot like I do ween yourself off it can cause major headaches.

What he said, but also- if you wear glasses, or don't wear glasses- could be a prescription issue.

I have plenty of patients who come in with chronic migraines and headaches who are wearing 3-4 year old prescriptions, if you're anywhere from 18 - mid/late twenties, your vision hasn't finished adjusting and you could be in need of a new prescription, or your first one.

Unable to wear glasses due to the fact that one of my eyes sees less, blurred vision compare to one other eye, eye doctors are unable to sign because of the abnormalities, and it has something to do with something, they told me the name of it, but forgot the name of the problem, they did say it would require a surgery of sorts.

I do, and even then it does not cause it, i can be downstairs chilling watching TV and suddenly get a headache.

right, nobody else in my family has the headaches.

tea is usually almost the same as water
granted its not some sweetened one or if it has lots of caffeine like black tea

do you also get those headaches if youre not infront of your monitor that much? maybe its the monitor itself or possibly your eyes if the text is too small or the display is too bright

I drink all kinds of teas, and they are required to be sweetened as I am unable to drink one without, and I spend 99% of the time behind my PC, and text isn't too small, I can read text that are 1 or 0.50 completely fine with the left eye, can't do same with the right eye, even in the tests with eye doctors have done, granted my monitors are bright, looking for a new ones to buy though, I have an eye for something as well.

even if you can read the text fine size wise you might still have problems because your eyes are constantly working hard
there are those glasses that filter out the blue light which makes it a lot better for your eyes if you look at the display for prolonged amounts of time
i had some of those in the past and got them on amazon for like 30bucks
there should also be a setting for windows which reduces the blue light

I absolutely have never been able to drink any kind of tea because it tastes sour, never.. It's rather difficult to drink tea that has not 3 teaspoon amount of tea, unless it's forest fruit (forest blackberries, forest strawberries and fruit raspberries) and I have a blue light settings on both of my Benq monitors, adjusted them to 5 for now.
