Injection works, however the menu doesn't appear to show. This may have something to do with a version of Java that is outdated, or lack thereof.

Edit: Seems to be working now. Manual Map was enabled beforehand.

Unlikely, The only possible way to be banned is from user reports.

I am interested as to how you are so sure that this is the case? Is it because you've got the secret sauce, or are menus achieved via injection just the bee's knees all around?
