D3D Hooking on Windows 8.1

I’ve started using DirectX libraries and I’ve downloaded a lot of DirectX projects.
Yet, not a single dll project works (only external overlay projects)

Also I’ve got all the things that should be, including: VS19, DirectX SDK 2008-2010, Extreme Injector with AutoInject selected and Test-environment.

So I found out Windows 8 and 8.1 got some problems with the old D3D hooking, and maybe should update a few addresses or functions...
So maybe you guys know what’s going on ?

Well basically I took TatniumD3D project, added font & print text function and also called it from EndScene, compiled it with Visual Studio 2019 and also imported DirectX9 SDK...

Compiled successfully, then added it to Extreme Injector v3 (selected auto inject) and run the Test Environment...
Yet nothing works...

Successfully compiling doesnt really help... we need information about the target process, the libraries you're using and your code...
