Aggressive Clone, Clone Player Horse, Teleport To Player, Spawn Panther

Patch Notes v3:
Resolved & revised Extra Sensory Perception crashing the menu.
Added Wagon To Waypoint, but it's still in alpha phase.
Added Clear Tasks.
Added Pedestrian Spawner, but it's still in alpha phase.
