A suggestion like a giveaway bot that randomly picks from the people who voted in is a good idea as it will definitely reduce manual work, but I don't think such plugins exist for vbulletin.
Just adding a Count me in! Button instead of everybody needing to reply and a staff member needing to choose a winner, easily abusable in my eyes, for example user could pay moderator to make him win that giveaway.
My suggestion is to add a count me in button that automatically chooses a winner after 72 hours, afterwards giveaway creator adds person to IM gives the product and user leaves a vouch
But i have no clue how this system works either so it might not even be abusable.
Im not questioning the dignity of staff members.

If we found out a staff member was bribed when choosing the winner, the staff would be immediately removed from their position and banned for abuse of power.
Manually picking isn't that hard since we just RNG it.
The system right now is find the last reply. Get the post number and then use RNG to pick a number. Find the post number and that person is the winner.
