Using FIddler on the most recent release

So, several people claim that rift levels and/or auric cells and be modded with Fiddler. However, everyone knows that past 3.0.0 using Fiddler will refuse to let you boot into the game, and while yes you can downgrade your install I have reason to believe that this would not work due to the fact that this is pre-rift meaning there would be no traffic mentioning it etc.

So if there is anyone whom would like to share their knowledge with how stuff like rift levels can be modded using fiddler before or after 3.0.0 would be greatly appreciated.

I think no one will tell you this, because all the methods fix it pretty quickly.
