I know some of my friends that buys some tickets from specific sites 8-9 months before their dates.
Also I think there is some sellers in MPGH's Market place, not quite sure.
For those of you who fly, how do you secure cheap flights? Do you use airlines rewards?
Do you have any tips to maximize that shit ?

I know that your flights can be cheaper when you switch your browser to private browsing (like Incognito mode for Chrome, etc)
There's also apps that I use to track certain flights from certain cities, etc such as Hopper. And I use Google Flights to also help me book a flight.
Something one of my friends did and she got free trips to Chicago, Dayton, and Hawaii was that she opened a credit line with an airline and use that credit card to pay off other people's debts (bills, etc) and they gave her the cash when she was ready to it pay off. (It was people like father, etc so it wasn't just some random friend who might not have had the funds). The goal was to spend some certain thousand dollars in the remainder of the year or something and the rewarded her with hella miles.
You just have to know when it's time to buy the flight. There is no way to just get cheap flights unless your flying the low of low. For me I buy close to the trip because sometimes the closer it gets to the date the prices will fluctuate heavy up and down.
I also recommend looking literally right now, The beginning of the year is a good time to plan future trips as they should be sitting at below average
Flights.google.com. Use a private browsing mode that doesn't keep cookies are the session. The best days to buy depend on the airline; I'd do some research on what airlines offer flights to your destination and then look at the average best days for those airlines/that destination.

Book the flight a year prior to the trip. Skyscanner is a good app as well.
