It can be a Visa or a MasterCard. It lasts for 3 years.
Upon purchase, you will provide me the following details:

First name | Last name | Address |
Country |City | State | Zip

Then you will receive a debit card containing the following with your personalized details:

Card Type | Card Number | CVV | Expiration


It will only include a VCC under a condition that you must have a valid passport, matching the account details that you will provide me, for verification process. I will explain the verification process afterwards.

I am unsure whether it will work on instacart. If they do accept Visa or MasterCard debit cards, then they should be able to... provided upon purchase, you will use the debit card with matching details with the shipping details.

For the VCC, it can only be acquired if you have the passport for verification of ownership and a maintaining balance of at least $2.
I will load the debit card at least $1 - $2 balance from the payment that you will send me, enabling you to link it to a paypal account or other similar of it.


You will have the option to activate the VCC then receive $1 load balance in return.
And also this is not a single use card. It expires for 2 - 3 years.
