Fuyao’s Ban Appeal

Fuyao has requested I submit an appeal for him as he said he was recently banned for “multiple accumulated reports/suspicions over time”

He has stated he is unaware of any scam reports against him, and that he’s also unsure why a suspicion counts as an actuality when it’s not even valid more so than a thought. As he is unaware of any active scam reports he is requesting to be unbanned.
