Hello.

My previous account I was using is kermit51531. I am currently IP banned so I hope you don't mind me using a VPN. I was banned for attempting to scam user astrouta's Steam account.

I messaged astrouta to originally buy his account. But throughout the conversation, I decided to simply take his account and leave, I had no reason to do so and it was just my negative thinking. Which was completely my fault and no one else's. Afterwards, I had blocked him. He messaged me on IM couple of times as I viewed the account. After a couple of hours, I honestly did not want my account to be banned nor have a scammer report opened on me, as I do buying / selling on MPGH often.

So I unblocked him on ******* and returned the account to him. While changing his email back to his original one, Steam Support suddenly restored his entire account, so both of us were confused. But it was resolved and of course, he started flaming me. I didn't care due to me obviously being at fault here for scamming him account; so I unfriended him. Unfortunately, soon after, he opened a scam report and got me banned.

I am incredibly sorry for attempting to scam. It was completely my fault and It was in the heat of the moment as I thought I would be able to get it for free. I was being incredibly stubborn and an obvious jackass for what I did. I honestly hope you are able to forgive me. You can keep a very close watch on me if you want, but I promise I wouldn't try to cheat anyone again.

I hope I would be able to get my ban lifted. I apologize to any Mpgh moderators and especially astrouta who I scammed. Thank you.

LOL No, there is no good in what you did, if the account wasn't recovered you'd have been on your way, iirc @Timothy7284 was also reporting having been scammed by you.

Yes. It was completely my fault. I learnt my lesson and will reflect on it. Yes, I did attempt to scam Timothy and once again, had the account given back to him. I then tried to cover it up on my profile by saying I 'paid the cash'. I am incredibly regretful for what I have done.
