Can I get a discount or a refund?
If your orders are meant for personal use, unfortunately no. You only get what you see.
Also, our products are sold in digital form,and as of that we cannot
process refunds (Terms of Service below).
Is there a reseller plan?

Can I get a replacement on my Netflix private account if I didn't follow the steps given after purchase?
No, mistakes made by the customer cannot be compensated with a new free account
if the one given is dead due to failure in following the steps listed.
I forgot my Netflix password (private account) after changing it,
and I don't have access to the email. Can I recover it?
If the email associated to the account hasn't been modified, it is still possible
to get your password back: it's enough to contact me and I'll recover it for you.
However, if both email and password have been changed, I will NOT be able to recover the password.
Keep that in mind when sharing your account with other people,
I will not be replacing the account if it gets stolen too.
