The clipping mask are distracting from focal.
Also this is overshapened you should lower opacity on the layer you used to sharpen.

some circles seem like they are floating over the sig.
Smudge them also, blend them a bit somehow into the smudge BG

pentool some shitz like in ur sig, but, first, before we send it to Sage on FFX, post it on VFX for CnC, improve it and then enter it

V3 is the best one.
nicejob. only thing i can sugggest is for you to add depth.
put some random black splatter brushes and set them to soft light or overlay and smudge them.
