    Sup guys

recently got an i7 9700k and a gtx 1660ti, 32 gigs of ram all set up on a motherboard
it's a stock motherboard with those on it so it definitely works

now I tried installing it, never did it before
pretty sure i got 80% right

pc starts up, cpu fan whizzes like crazy, no display no error codes

    anyone?
Need a custom image title? Check out my thread

What do you mean by boot up? Does it boot up to the OS, Bios, etc?

i mean this might sound stupid but when first my pc i didnt realise i had to plug my display cord directly into the graphics card instead of the motherboard? Might be your issue, but like i said it might also sound stupid

Try updating bios, same stuff happened to me when installed new graphics card few years ago. PC worked but no errors no nothing without picture until I updated bios.
also take out the card and try integrated graphics on board.

Check all the dumb stuff first:
    1. Does it even have an OS it can boot up into? aka did you insert a CD/USB and load Windows on it?
    - If you did, make sure the hard drive is connected/seated right
    2. Can you boot into BIOS?
    3. Try connecting the display cables to a port on the actual motherboard, not the graphics card
    - Check if you have to manually enable the graphics card in the BIOS

If you can't see bios and don't hear it post (boot beep), it's likely there is a hardware issue. Try using one stick of ram and using the onboard video if the motherboard support it. Basically you're gonna have to see if the PSU, GPU, RAM, CPU and MOBO are damaged by switching parts out and diagnosing it that way.

You might've bent a couple of socket pins underneath your CPU. This is the most common issue.

Make sure your GPU is hooked up properly. That would be my guess. Check the power wires and make sure its fully snapped into the pci-e slot.

Your RAM could also not be fully installed.
