    does it seem like a proof to you guys? cuz for me it doesn't, I don't even know who wrote it, even rep name is not shown. Refund proof supposed to be money hits bank account, email confirmation, or even a full screen of the conversation with the company.

    then the guy kept silent for 7 days, I don't know why but I suppose it's because whenever he tracked my order using order number and email address, he found nothing proves order is refunded.

    until Jan 31th, 9 days later when I was already did it by that time, he came back with that naive order tracking screenshot showing it's all marked as returned and asking for payment hoping to get it that easy for doing nothing! btw it's same dates when I received failure emails from hollister and refund confirmation days after

    when I disagreed to pay, he starts as every refunder does when he outcome with no benefits from the deal, he blackmailed using my personal info I trusted him for, he said he will request a recharge if I don't pay.

    when I told him I'm going to open a dispute against him, he kept asking for proofs so if I have ones, he would keep away, but when he felt like I have no proofs, he turned the table and started the dispute against me.

    what makes me look guilty here is that I didn't save my password on my notebook before traveling so I couldn't reply to his bs dispute thread.

    if it's about refunding and making money, I would just use *teleg*, but the reason why I created a new account and came here is because this guy is really fooling you guys and you giving him advantages over me because he's a premium member.

    I don't have to upload any chatlogs because what he uploaded already says it all! but here are some pics of the missing part when he was childishly asking for payment + blackmailing + asking for proofs.

    You realize I requested that you show me proof that you did what you claimed. And if you sufficiently provided me proof, I would have believed you and we wouldn't have to deal with a report on you. But instead of showing me, you decided to insult me. I specifically stated that I would recharge the partial refund that you claimed. Since you decided that you didn't want to back up any of your claims. Plus, instead of showing me proof you said, " I'll use proof when I have too". And yet here you are claiming yet again some bull shit with "this guy is really fooling you guys and you giving him advantage over me because he's a premium member". Mods don't give a shit about someone being a premium member. The fact is that you can't properly back up your lies, that's why they're not backing you up.

    also added convo showing that I was asking for an update in regards to if the refund hit back into his bank. As you can see, a partial refund was indeed made on the 23rd (day after I contacted them) for an amount of 539.xx, and we have spiderpig claiming I only got a partial refund of $200. So from what I can tell, he didn't want to show proof of the partial refund because he knew it was more than half of the order value, instead of paying me for half the order. You can see this when he says, "you only refunded about 200 of 1100, does it considered a big deal?" Clearly he was trying to downplay the partial as nothing, to avoid paying. He'd rather just make false accusations and avoid paying at all. As you guys can see, I've made attempts to ask him about the refund, in which he ignores my requests for an update.

    @sorrabo Even if a partial was refunded, you didn't notify me of ANYTHING, until I asked you for payment. Which by then I assumed they just did a full refund. And you're arguing over them probably not refunding you a $20 shipping fee. You're still down playing the fact that a partial refund of $500+ was made lol.. It's pretty obvious what you're trying to do here.

    As it stands you clearly did not provide any viable confirmation of a refund, if they said there is no confirmation e-mail you should have provided the user with a transcript of the chat or call that verified the same, this pic https://imgur.com/JCr5Ie6 is in no way a confirmation of ANYTHING


    It appears that you may have only worked up to a partial refund, if anything he should only pay you for that partial refund as everything else from the proof provided dictates that @sorrabo contacted the support on his own to get it fully refunded.

    @sorrabo when you know that it was only partially refunded you should have notified him of the same instead of taking things into your own hand, you could have made report on MPGH as well and things would have went alot smoother, the fault lies on both parties, both of you weren't being transparent with each other.

    The picture is the order status that you can check, which shows that all items were returned/refunded.
    The initial picture of the refund amount was me simply chatting asking for the amount that is going to be processed. I don't chat them, I call them to do the order. So I don't know how you want a physical proof / confirmation of it. I went on chat just to get a "visible" proof for him. The only one not transparent was him, and you can clearly see that from the chat/ how he responds.

    Well, making a report on MPGH would have things go smoother for sure, but as I stated before, I just saved my login strong password on my browser, and I didn't pack my PC during my travel so I couldn't login, I wasn't even active during this period.

    the thing is this guy is lied to me pretending he did a full refund and asked for full payment. When I refused because he didn't really fully-refunded my order, you guys banned me!

    The "visible" proof you got is insufficient, it just a simple text..you could have at least saved the transcript. So as it stands you have only worked towards a partial refund.

    So as stated before, you only owe the refunder the fee for a partial refund.
