Yes definitely, I've had relapses in the past and it gets worse when you start that cycle again, now gamble free its been well over 4 months probably longer not sure when I stopped i think it was this year jan time. Also don't watch gambling channels that wants you to play even more, 'if they win so much' why can't I' that's the mindset you have. its crazy but enjoy life and don't gamble and ya'll will be good, when you lose everything is the day you will realize, you fucked up bad.. I read a story on daily mail other day a gambler took his own life because the casino kept feeding him free money and encouraged him to gamble, because he lost thousands upon thousands and he was a VIP in that casino too, all done online, they got fined millions, no one should go through that man, waste of life man, very sad.

I don't suggest gambling any more. I see allot ppl and they are very addictively gambling.
It must stay and be for fun and not losing the money all the time.. Try some seo. there are some ways to make money if you get allot of free time.
Just check google there are allot of ways to get money. You can alway's look for a light weight job that earns enough your likings.
