Comments/Information: MarketGuy was supposed to complete a refund for me on a small Nike order, and he wanted payment on an email confirmation. Once I received an email, I sent him the payment for the refund, after a couple days, I received a followup email deeming that the refund can't be processed. I contacted him asking him to resolve it, which he said he would, but I've received no real updates. I gave him this order about 2 weeks prior.
we were discussing a partial refund, half now, half later since he didn't have the money to pay me back, but after discussion and asking him to send it to me, he stopped replying. not sure what else to do.
