What anticheat GMod use?

Hello, what Anticheat gmod use? Single or multiplayer by native. This game still use vac? Can I use my external cheat without -insecure argument in any server without risk of VAC ban on steam account?

So I can not get Gmod game ban? -insecure argument mislead me, when I tried to join to server with this argument, It says I cannot due "disabled anticheat"

Garry's mod has VAC but it can't detect anything at all since it was ripped of all detection features (Except for detecting really really old cheats on gmod but it's impossible to find those nowadays) and you can't get a game ban but servers can ban you from their server but not a VAC ban from all servers also don't play on insecure mode it doesn't protect you from VAC since VAC hasn't given out a VAC ban for Garry's mod in years just play on secure mode since you can play on most servers with it on and VAC won't do anything at all

Basically VAC is completely disabled and you can cheat on it as much as you like, just remember that some servers have a third-party anti cheat like SwiftAC or some shit. That's when they ban you but not VAC or game ban

Garry's mod doesn't use any kind of anti-cheat.

Technically Gmod still uses VAC but an extremely outdated version that is virtually non-functional. Only old hacks made for gmod 10 and 11 are affected by it but other than that servers rely on third-party anti-cheat that only bans from individual servers
