We ain't at the bottom, far from it. Even though its all accelerated, if you compare it to the previous recessions, the dips just get more and more severe over a set time period, sure you can dollar cost average but i'd do it only when we are least a 2 -3 month in, as i don't foresee the market being any more positive than this what not with a stand still to everything
