thanks for asking, honestly I just wanted to resolve this childish behaviour. In the end we resolved this by him giving me something else which I gladly accepted as I got a headache from dealing with this situation.

his "tos" apparently were saying otherwise but my thread made him change his mind. Anyway, thread can be closed now as we have resolved the issue.
