Twitter Script for entering giveaways/click a link in a new post

Hiya. I know this exists somewhere, but i cant find any info about it so id figure where better to go than here, hopefully some of you can help out a fella

I follow a few csgo streamers, and they occasionally drop freebies on twitter. Where you have to click a link (fast) to be entered.
Problem is there is almost always a guy with a script that does this for him that joins before everyone else has a chance. And if u cant beat em, join em.

So thats what i am looking for. A script/bot or whatever it may be that will scan a twitter feed, and when certain links appear in new posts it will open them in a new tab. So if the link is i.e google.com/21u398asdsda-2931 it should trigger on the google.com part, the rest of the link will differ each time.

Is anyone here able to help with this? I have been trying some stuff with greasemonkey scripts but i cant get it to work. Not intended for this use either, so im having a hard time with it, and im hardly a coder at all.

All help i can get is very much appreciated.

Can you also post a full-flow process of the thing you mentioned?

Like what exactly do you mean by twitter feed. Do they use a certain hashtag or just casually tweet so that it is visible to followers or both?
