There's nothing inherently wrong with eating specific animals I guess. It just differs across different cultures. So while eating dogs and horses might be weird for people in say USA, it probably isn't in other cultures.

What is categorically wrong though is the cruelty with which we treat animals and eating animals in a way that compromises human health and safety.

So eating undercooked chicken is wrong. Eating raw fucking bats and shellfish is wrong.

Breaking cows legs and putting a million chickens in a 2x2 box is wrong. The disgusting savagery happening in op's video is wrong.
