Banned from chatting and private msging?

Hello, after my thread got deleted, since I forgot to add proof to it, and after that i can't use chat anymore and private message.
Chat doesn't pop up at all and in private messages it saying that i ain't got permissions or my account isn't activated, but i activated ages ago.

To send private messages you need 15 posts.
IM doesn't work at this moment but it will be fixed soon.
