i am one of those sellers xD and yes,this is the way to do it. There are limitations with payment options and things that customers might not want to do. i have given out the method to people but some still buy from me lol cause theyre busy or whatever. There might be issues if steam detects your ass thats the only thing it might disable gifting and stuff

Guys you can just make another account with your normal country and use it to send digital gift cards (balance) to the account on Argentina or whatever.
If you do this you can use your own PayPal or credit card in the same country and then use the balance directly on the VPN account.

yeah, the method is patched. u cant change region unless u have a payment method that's based on the region you're trying to change to

I am trying to make it other way.
>turned ON VPN
>run Steam
>add game to your cart
>in cart, change your payment method to card, currency(now i have 3 options [My country], [VPN country], [other...])
>changing to VPN country
> Steam tells me they will change my country
>now i have price in ARG$(VPN currency)
>but when i am trying to pay with my card, steam gives me error, please try later...
