I search for a way to download all dlc files for game on steam without own the dlc.
I don't ask for a way to unlock the dlcs, I need only the files of the dlcs,is there a way to download the dlc files for a game on steam
without own the dlcs ?
I ask because a game I play is updated and I need the updated dlc files and I could not find it on the internet because
the update released today.

If you do own the game in steam but you didn't buy the dlc, you just have to pirate the dlc, no you can't download the dlc from steam if you don't unlock it.

Do you own the steam game? If not you can just pirate the dlc the same way if you pirate it.
