Had a chat with the seller, asked him how he gets hold of his RP. He replied by saying that he uses his own money and sells them, which doesn't make sense. There is no legal or normal way of obtaining RP, selling it at half price and gaining profit out of it. Potencial scammer here, so please keep that in mind.
