Nice, but with the above settings, you can probably play most mid-end game at low-end settings.
Maybe if you have the money can try upgrading the graphic cards to MSI R9 390?

I think the mod DoTA on Warcraft 3, is the less demanding on your hardware (because it's also the first MOBA).
The point is, every actual MOBA will be, more and more demanding in ressource because of the natural evolution of the game (graphical enancement, new map, IA more intelligent...)
Yes, this kind of game try to keep as light as they where at the begining, but every year they are a bit more demanding on your system.

The best advice, and I think many people already told you, is to buy a new PC !
I don't know how much money you have, but for at least 500€ you could have a decent desktop ;-)

WOW, it is an old enough computer. Why do not change it? I had a computer with the same parameters a year ago but I didn't know so much about them and I was afraid to buy a new one because many of my friends were fooled when they bought new computers. Thanks to that https://battlestationsetups.com/ exist, a service where the guys help you to choose a computer with parameters you need, and moreover, they can find the best offers on the marketplace. I am very satisfied with my new computer.

I don't know how to edit my comment, so I will type a new one. I understand the pain of having a computer that's not that good to run games. I remember that when I was a teen, all of my friends had good computers and they would play together without me because my computer simply couldn't run anything. I know that my parents couldn't do more and I appreciate their effort. Now, I have started gaming again, this time on an outstanding computer that I have bought from my own money. I like to use inversegamer.com in order to find out news about the latest games and gaming
