I've heard good stuff about Atomic Wallet, you can use your CC to buy coins, although I'm not sure about fee's, it's getting quite popular tho, I'm registering today

If you are in the US, try cashapp. Their fees are cheaper than coinbase from my experience.

Coinbase could be your best best. Although, you shouldn't expect to have kinda low fees for buying bitcoin. You although have to verify yourself to buy bitcoin using coinbase.
