Userbar?

I made these new forums for FPS games but I need a user bar to put in my signature. I suck at making any type of picture. I don't care if it's the simplest thing in the world. It can have maybe a sniper crosshair in the middle and say FPS or FPS Forums at the side. Thanks for the help.
