I pit both ini file and exe into main directory and ran iw4mp and then did as admin and I got: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Console not running! Closing application!
Windows 7 32x (but my comp is 64x)
Hmmm i do not know im sorry i wish to help =/ try clicking left alt with 0 when searching for games.

**Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Console not running! Closing application!**
Use windows title changer and rename the console from "aIW Console" to "IW4 Console"
