Trying to find out why i haven't been answered or replied to its been 3 days, and i see other threads responded within a day... am i not putting some info correctly?

The first time, because you did not provide an actual account. The second time, because I handle things from oldest to newest. The more you posted the further up the queue you went. Just got to it. So to clarify you claim your account is @NovoSe7en and have been unable to access it because??? Also how does an account that hasn't been used since 2018 have a current marketplace ban? @Flengo bit confused by that.

The account was banned for scamming, created a staff dispute to resolve the issue. Since it was a long time and we normally apply a blacklist after, that's why it has one. Didn't know he didn't have access to the account anymore.

Yes i don't have access to it because its been a long time i dont have the password saved anywhere so that's why i was asking for it to be changed to something or to add my email which is novosevenxbox@gmail.com to the account so i can actually reset it myself.

Well i understand and yes NovoSe7en is my account and it got unbanned recently i posted the links above for all the convos about it if you need to msg Time about it and he will tell you everything or Flengo can but yes it got unbanned recently and now i just need to login so i can start a few giveaways.
