there is this game called nomad its a mix between dayz rust and unturned
there is game code you can see in dnspy with the file called nomadserver.exe
it contains all the code or most of it for the game
also it has a ip system aka it can get your ip
so im assuming you can steal ips on it
i think there is a console but im not sure

also in the games files you can see it has your data in .txt files per server like
