Way to cashout prepaid Visa

Wondering how I can cashout a prepaid visa card.

It doesn't work with Paypal, cashapp, venmo and I don't have a square reader.

Sites like Prepaid2cash also want a US bank account which I don't have.

Any ideas please. It's quite a large sum on the card

Was it obtained with cash? Since it is not working with Paypal going to assume that its was obtained unorthodoxed.
