I kinda agree but I don't agree with Katrina. The city was evacuated and people left, businesses were wide open. This is completely different, happening at night in broad daylight capitalizing on resouces being spread thin and being in large mobs. A lot of people are suffering and they don't have much to lose at this point.

This reminds me of 2017's G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany.
The usual riot turned into a loot-fest and people started burning cars and bikes and most of them didn't even know the reason behind the riot.
