he delivers but was not very customer friendly. because of a youtube premium refill shorty before the deadline I was forced to renew with him (as google only allows to change the family plan once per year). maybe thats his method. maybe not. but he was not ready to find an individual solution.

you bought 24 months and i completed it.
Now you have the choice to renew or not. When i didn't give you a discount you decided not to renew while my service is still active. Why should i have a solution for someone who is no longer my customer? It's ridiculous
