Remove Market Ban Tag - receive TM

Dave wanted me to post a staff dispute about my situation because I do want the market ban tag removed from my name.

So back in 2016 I believe it was, there was a security breach which allowed someone to access TM accounts and go into the marketplace and scam other people. Well.. during this time I was unactive that whole year and some. Finally, when I did log on I noticed my account was banned (wtf moment).

Logged onto my alt account and was notified that I was banned for scamming. This was all news to me. So, I finally was able to convince (Liz I believe), that it wasn't me. The ban was removed but now I've been stuck with this Market Ban tag.

I would love to have it removed and taking a big shot here - but I would like my TM back as well. I haven't done anyone wrong on this forum in the twelve years I've been onto this forum. I just want my name cleared on this forum because it was a big part of my childhood and this forum will always hold a nostalgic vibe for me.

Removed the marketplace ban but as for TM that's entirely up to @arunforce or @Dave84311
